The apartment has a nice view to the fjord and is 50 meters from a park with a lovely beach and a playground. From here you can walk (800 m.) along the fjord to the new harbor bath with sauna.

In the harbor area you find ferries for the islands, Lyø, Avernakø, Bjørnø and Ærø.

 1 km to the center of the historic city where you find restaurants, art-museum, shops, cinema, bus-station and a connection to ”Øhavsstien”.

“Svanninge bakker og bjerge” is only 4 km. away from the apartment. Here you´ll find a natural playground for children and adults. And there are several routes for walking and biking.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double-bed, and an option for an extra bed.

A living room with a double sofa bed, TV (streaming).

A kitchen with stove and oven, micro wave oven, coffee maker and refrigerator with a small freezer.

There is a small bathroom with toilet and shower.

Access to table/chairs in the backyard.
